We welcome out-of-town athletes to our gym! We ask the following from drop-in athletes…
• Please contact us to let us know that you would like to drop-in (let us know the day and class time), or just click into the class you would like to attend in the calendar below then click the “Sign Up” button (in the “new here” section) and follow the onscreen directions to register for your drop in class.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class time so we can complete payment and necessary paperwork.
• We expect that you have experience participating in CrossFit from your home gym.
